1. General provisions
This policy has been prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and describes how personal data of visitors of https://faradaydc.ru (the "website") and of people who contact the operator using the details on the website are processed and protected.
Personal data operator: Limited Liability Company "Faraday Development Center" (LLC "FDC"), TIN (INN) 9723111100, PSRN (OGRN) 1217700062139, address: room 29/2, bldg. 13, 4 Chaginskaya St., Lublino Municipal District, Moscow, 109380, Russia, email: info@faradaydc.com.
The policy is publicly available at https://faradaydc.ru/en/privacy/.
2. Data we process
The website has no forms for entering personal data. The operator receives personal data in the following cases.
When you email info@faradaydc.com or call the phone number shown on the website:
- name and job title;
- email address and phone number;
- company name;
- any information you include in your email and attached files.
When you visit the website, Yandex Metrica automatically collects:
- cookies and device or browser identifiers;
- IP address, browser, operating system, device type and screen resolution;
- pages viewed, referrer, date and time of visit;
- on-page actions — scrolling, clicks, cursor movement, including session recording (Webvisor).
The operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
- answering enquiries, technical consulting, preparing commercial offers, and concluding and performing contracts — for data from emails and calls;
- analysing traffic and improving the website — for data collected by Yandex Metrica.
4. Legal grounds
- conclusion at your initiative and performance of a contract to which you are a party or beneficiary (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ) — if you contact us by email or phone as an individual or sole proprietor;
- the operator's legitimate interest in answering enquiries from organisations, negotiating, concluding and performing contracts with them (Art. 6(1)(7) of Law No. 152-FZ), provided that your rights and freedoms are not violated — if you contact us by email or phone as a representative of an organisation;
- your consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ), given separately by clicking "Accept" in the cookie notice — for Yandex Metrica data. The consent text is published at https://faradaydc.ru/en/consent/. Yandex Metrica is not loaded until you consent. You can withdraw consent as described in section 8.
5. Processing procedure
The operator processes personal data with and without automation, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to a processor acting on the operator's behalf, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
When collecting personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, the operator records, systematises, accumulates, stores, clarifies and retrieves them using databases located in the Russian Federation.
The operator does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. If you have consented, Yandex Metrica data are processed on the operator's behalf (Art. 6(3) of Law No. 152-FZ) by YANDEX LLC (TIN 7736207543, PSRN 1027700229193, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia). The instruction to process, the list of processing operations and the processor's duty to keep the data confidential and secure are set out in the Yandex Metrica terms of use (https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/), which the operator accepted when connecting the service.
No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.
6. Retention
Enquiry data are processed until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than three years after your last contact, unless law or contract requires a longer period.
Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, unless the law provides otherwise.
Yandex Metrica data are processed until consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal, Metrica is not loaded on the website and no new data about you are collected. Metrica links the collected data to a random browser identifier (the value of the _ym_uid cookie) rather than to your name, so for the operator to find and destroy data already collected, include this value in your withdrawal request to info@faradaydc.com before deleting cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
- request clarification, blocking or destruction of data that are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or no longer needed;
- withdraw your consent to personal data processing;
- appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
Send requests to info@faradaydc.com. The operator responds within 10 business days of receipt; this period may be extended by up to 5 business days with notice of the reasons.
8. Cookies
Cookies on the website are set only by Yandex Metrica, and only after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you click "Decline" or make no choice, Metrica is not loaded. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and is not sent to the operator.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page and choose "Decline" — data collection stops and the Metrica cookies and storage entries kept in your browser for the website's domain are removed. Cookies that Yandex sets on its own domains can be deleted in your browser settings. You can also send a withdrawal request to info@faradaydc.com.
You can also block and delete cookies in your browser settings or install the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on (https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html). Declining cookies does not restrict access to the website.
9. Data protection
The operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions, including limiting access to employees who need it for their duties.
10. Final provisions
The operator may amend this policy. A new version takes effect when published on this page.
